IF: Invention

The wagon forced us to carve the wheel...the sandwich opened the door to sliced bread...wedded bliss blossomed into prenuptial agreements...Yes, necessity is the mother to all invention...but alas...she is a harsh mistress indeed...

Yikes! I'm glad I'm not an invention. Or am I?

She's spoooky scary. After reading your blurb, I then watched as it scrolled down, and prayed that it wasn't going to show her literally giving birth to an invention!! Ha! Hmmm, there's an idea!

Good work!

You're absolutely right about the hardware inconsistency of my latest IF effort. My offshore technical advisor has let me down ... for the last time! I can assure my dedicated IF audience that I've learned a valuable lesson, and will outsource my visual reference for fictional robot babes again.
