IF: Mask

Uncle Melvin smelled so bad that he wore a skunk around his neck to try and mask the odor...maybe he should've tried for two...

Cool concept. I dig your technique too.

He must smell like most of the people on the métro here, I swear people don't wash once it gets cold...
Great illustration.

Now you've done it. PETA is going to be all over you for cruelty to skunks.

Uncle Melvin is lonely no doubt, except for his pet skunk of course.
Wow, thank god for skunks I guess, This is LOL funny, uncle's face says, accept me or not-here I am.
So good!

I always wondered why people thought adding one odor to another made the problem any better!

Thanks for all of the kind comments...Prismacolor is my guilty pleasure and I tend to like how things turn out (versus my watercolor work which always seems to be lacking that final something)...I appreciate the artistic talent IF has opened up for me to view and wish more of you guy and gals would go indepth on your own 'process' towards finished items...with this pic...I figure everyone has one of 'those' relatives that they can relate to or have been in one of 'those' situations...and yes, they usually have the attitude of like it or lump it...thankfully my nose doesn't work...

LOL. Love the concept. Reminds me of the recent news item of the woman who grounded a jet because she was lighting matches to cover her flatulence.

Ha! Love the humor... I really like you use of color pencils in this piece

His hair movement is nice, and the pastel reads very well. Good take on the theme.

Good take on the theme, I won't say it really stinks!

A little soap and water might work also :>D

Thanks for commenting on my Gazmir the Clown post. I did the illustration mostly in Poser 6, with a little final touch-up in Photoshop. A worthwhile Poser clone is DAZ Studio, it's free, and available for both Mac and Windows. You can follow the link on my sidebar to download it.

I did the latest 3D illustration "The Heroine" in DAZ Studio and Photoshop.
