I had some blue toned paper and of course raptors were still on the brain. Since the other two large projects are taking forever and I hadn't done any prismacolor work for a month or two I figured to kill three birds with one stone...toned paper used...check...prismacolor used...check...IF done...check...actually completed a project from start to finish check...wait...how many birds was I trying to kill?

Youch! That's gotta hurt!

Good grief, this is fantastic! Fantastic rendering of the scales. And the CRAB! He's wonderfully rich and vibrant. Absolutely great work. Thanks for showing the progress. Kinda looks like they are disappearing into extinction.
